What we did

Like any young business, Digital Jersey grew, shrank and explored new directions. So after three years, their website naturally required attention. They realised this, and assigned us to create a 12 month website strategy.

After speaking with key stakeholders, investigating their current website and providing them with a strategy, we continued to work together to undertake a number of the recommendations.

Website users are habitually inpatient, and during the rapid growth of the website in it’s first three years, it had naturally grown unruly to website speed best practices. We investigated the underlying causes to the problems, and worked with the teams to get it under control.

Colm was quick to understand the business and the website challenges facing us. He worked well with the team at Digital Jersey, forging relationships quickly and identifying priority issues and solutions into a workable strategy, to make a difference to Digital Jersey’s website.

Colm was also a key part of actioning the solutions from the strategy, leading to positive outcomes.

Oh, this is awkward!

You’re web browser is, well, getting on a bit. Now we’re not ageist, it’s just older browsers have issues with security, speed and compatibility. They’re also not ideal for creating rich, engaging websites.

We’re not saying it’s impossible to build websites to be compatible with old browsers, as that’s what we do from time to time when the audience is big enough to justify the time and cost. However, this hasn’t been the case for us - if only we knew you were coming!
